I just placed an order, how do I track it?

 

As soon as you have completed payment for your order it goes into processing, which typically takes 24 - 72 hours after which your order is handed off to the courier. Your order will get a unique tracking number from the courier (either 'Aramex' or 'The Courier Guy' depending on location and courier availability) once they have processed it. You may use this number to track your order on the courier's site! If your tracking number is not automatically sent to you, you may request it via email at hypeleisure.cpt@gmail.com.

 
I just placed an order, when will it ship?

 

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Due to high volume of orders, please allow 4-7 days processing time for your order to be shipped out. Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres based on your location. On average, shipping time is 3-5 business days, but may be much shorter!

 

I am not in love with my order, can I request a refund?
What if there's an issue?

 

We have a FREE 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

 

If you have typed out or auto filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hypeleisure.cpt@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
